We have a new Pod-to-Plate recipe with (master) chef Georgia Barnes! A gorgeous roast beetroot and lentil salad that, as Georgia herself points out, is simple and easy to make.
"I created this recipe as a celebration of my first beetroot harvest from the Vegepod! To be honest, I was sceptical at first of growing a root vegetable in the Pod but was happily surprised at how easy it was."
"The recipe features a classic flavour profile of beetroot and goats cheese. It's also a complete meal with plant-based, high protein lentils.
